Privacy Policy

What Radar is

Radar is a DeepGarden offering: a competitive-intelligence platform for Medicare Advantage network strategy teams. We aggregate and analyze publicly available market information — news, regulatory filings, and public CMS datasets. We do not process protected health information (PHI), claims data, or clinical records of any kind.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information. Your name, work email address, organization, and role, provided when you create an account or request a walkthrough.
  • Configuration data. The entity watchlists, market geographies, and alert preferences you configure so we can tailor your intelligence feed.
  • Usage data. Standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) used for security and to operate the service.

How we use it

We use your information to operate and secure the service, deliver the alerts and briefs you configure, respond to your requests, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information. We do not share your configuration (your watchlists and markets reveal strategy) with any other customer or third party except the service providers needed to run the platform.

Service providers

Radar runs on established cloud infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery, and form processing). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Data isolation and security

Customer data is isolated per organization using database row-level security. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited and authenticated. A description of our security practices is available on request.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and configuration data while your subscription is active. On request, we will delete your organization’s account data within a reasonable period, except records we must keep for legal or accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can access and update your account information in the dashboard, and you can contact us to request a copy or deletion of your data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
